How to Make Nut Roast

Pre-heat oven to 180°C/350°F/gas 4. Make one quantity of the basic nut mixture. Press into a greased 500 g/1.1 lb loaf tin. Bake for 30 minutes, until golden-brown. Serve cold or hot with a quantity of Tomato Sauce if desired. You will find that nut loaf slices better chilled.
